“We”, “us”, “our” refers to Bizonym (“Bizonym”). “Content” collectively means all text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data offered through our Website, whether free to all or part of our paid Service. “Buyer” refers to the client/customer of Bizonym who places an order at www.bizonym.com “Order” refers to the order of the naming project that the buyer places with Bizonym.
The buyer can choose to make the payment via cheque, Net Banking or secure payment gateway on the website www.bizonym.com. All the payments are collected 100% in advance, before the commencement of the naming project.
Bizonym essentially provides name suggestion services for its client’s businesses, companies, brands, products, web/mobile applications, website or restaurant or hotel. The number of name options suggested vary according to the pricing package a buyer selects.
Bizonym does not guarantee that the client will ‘like’ the names suggested by any naming consultant at Bizonym. The brand or product names suggested are checked for trademark availability in the relevant class(es) of various trademark registries but it does not guarantee that the buyer will get a registered trademark in the Indian or any other international trademark registry once the buyer applies for the trademark of the finalised name. While the suggested names carry high chances of getting registered in various trademark registries it is advised that the buyer double checks the probability of getting a registered trademark with a trademark attorney before he/she finalises a name or applies for the trademark.
The number of feedback based revisions offered vary in accordance with the pricing package a buyer selects. The revisions may be offered only after a valid feedback is given on each of the previously presented names.
Each order placed by a buyer entitles the buyer to use only one name. The buyer is liable to pay a pre-decided fee for using any additional name apart from the finalised name, as agreed between Bizonym and the buyer. All the names suggested during a naming project, apart from the ones finalised by the buyer, remain the intellectual property of Bizonym.
Bizonym offers no refunds to a buyer once the naming project commences. In certain exceptional cases, partial amount can be refunded based on a mutual agreement between the buyer and Bizonym.
Bizonym reserves the right to display the name suggested by Bizonym, and finalised by a buyer, on the website www.bizonym.com Or any other website owned by Bizonym.
Under no circumstances, Bizonym is liable to any monetary loss, loss of reputation or loss of life incurred to the buyer due to the use of the name suggested by Bizonym.
Bizonym is responsible for availability of the suggested name only for a period of one week from the day the names are delivered to the buyer. If the name is not registered by the buyer in the RoC or relevant Trademark registry or in case the suggested domain name is not booked within a week of the name suggestion process and is registered by any other third party, Bizonym is not liable to provide any further name suggestions/revisions.
Any dispute(s) arising between any party and Bizonym falls under the New Delhi, India Jurisdiction.
